Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.Cream butter & sugars
In a separate bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).Add wet ingredients
Mix in egg, milk, vanilla, vinegar, and red food coloring until fully combined.Combine
Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet until just combined. Do not overmix.Fold in white chocolate chips (optional but highly recommended 😉)
Scoop dough
Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.Bake
Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are set but centers look slightly soft.Cool
Let cookies cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring.

Mix:
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
½ cup powdered sugar
1–2 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla
